Aveo, Australia's leading and most innovative retirement living provider, has 90 communities across the country. As a prominent player in the industry, Aveo required a website that effectively showcased its offerings and provided an exceptional user experience to potential clients and their families. Bliss Digital was engaged by Aveo to redesign and redevelop its website, ensuring a user-friendly, credible, and visually engaging experience for all visitors.
Aveo's website needed to cater to a diverse range of users, including retirees, their families, and industry partners. The previous website contained a large amount of information, which was often difficult for users to navigate and comprehend. Aveo was seeking a collaborative and iterative approach from Bliss Digital to produce a design that improved accessibility, user experience, and visual appeal.
During the discovery and design phase, Bliss Digital focused on presenting complex and specific information in a way that could be easily understood and accessed by users, many of whom were engaging with the material for the first time. To achieve this, Bliss conducted a detailed analysis of the site's architecture and mapped out a new information architecture (IA) using a human-centred design methodology.
The redesigned Aveo website, launched in early 2023, has received positive feedback from both internal stakeholders and users. With its user-friendly interface, visually engaging design, and clear content, the website has successfully provided a seamless experience for all visitors.
