Bliss Digital has been collaborating with Cabrini Health since 2012, launching and maintaining www.cabrini.com.au  as well as ten smaller sites. Our relationship has been a true partnership, with the sites subject to regular review and improvement over the past eight years. In this time, we have made modifications including a Doctors and Nurses portal; detailed learning module functionality and ecommerce on events and certain hospital activities and several specialized executive and specialist online programs.

In 2018, our team completed a full redesign of the Cabrini Health website using our Human-Centred Design approach. Their new web presence is focused on improving user experience. We developed a series of tools that helps the organisation drive better outcomes for their users. Patients and visitors can pay online, find services and doctors, interact with dynamic FAQs and obtain directions to all locations from one click; whilst doctors and health professionals have their own area on the website to aid referring patients to specialists for example.

For their website platform, Bliss Digital was able to deliver an open source Content Management System (CMS) to empower their internal business units to own and manage their own content.
